Only in the case of the following, we accept return and refund.
・ Because we send out your order after inspection severely, we cannot accept return and refund caused by customers' preference as a general rule. However, we accept return only when we have you bear the postage of coming and going.
・ We accept return by defective goods.
We can accept return or exchange if items are in the following condition: -Be in brand new, undamaged, clean, uninstalled, and resalable condition -Include all components, attaching hardware, and documentation -Be in their original packaging We can not accept any return or exchange if items are used or modified.

・ Customers must cover shipping fee for return and refund caused by customers' preference.
・ We will cover the shipping fee for return and refund of defective goods. But it is not possible to refund exceed the payment amount of the customers. Therefore, even in the case of defective goods, customers must cover shipping fee for return.
・ The import tax policies are not subject to refund. It is different from countries to countries, therefore, please contact the customs office of your living country for more detail. |
