TAKOMASA is known for its Osaka specialty of takoyaki.
Takoyaki: "Tako" means octopus and "Yaki" means grilled in Japanese.
Takoyaki (often translated as octopus balls) is one of Osaka's popular dish/snack.
It is made with a batter that has a wheat flour base and is
commonly filled with minced octopus. It is known as street/casual food,
but now it's becoming high-quality food, especially at TAKOMASA.
We are the first company to make and sell frozen takoyaki(souvenir) in Japan.
