If your items are damaged during the shipping or is in any way defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID number and a detailed description.
Support is not available for issues reported after 7 days.
Parcels returned to our store will be subject to reshipment fees. Postage costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any import duties/customs fees to receive their parcels.
