【Flow from order to delivery】
1) After placing your order, an auto-reply in English or Japanese will be sent to you. Please note that the shipping fees mentioned in this e-mail are only applied to delivery in Japan, and not applicable for delivery the outside of Japan.
2) Soon after the automatic reply, you will receive another e-mail with the fixed shipping fee and the item price from our shop. Please check the total amount.
3) Your ordered items will be shipped out only after your payment is confirmed.

Our shop prefers not to deliver something such as chocolate or goods with cream during hot weather exceeding 25℃, because there is a high rick of these items melting. We recommend you to delay to purchase them until the weather cools. If you are ordering chocolate and something stuff easy melt down to ship to the destination during the warmer months, please be aware that our shop can take no responsibility and no guarantee for them. We do not accept refund money, cancellation or exchange items.
The freshness date items item might be over due to a risk of a long clearance process. We are not sure how long the customs checks your parcel. We suggest you not to order food with short expiration. If you are purchasing these items with short shelf life, please be aware that our shop can take no responsibility and no guarantee the expiration under a long clearance process. We also do not accept refund money, cancellation or exchange items. As a result, please consider freshness date of goods before placing your order.
For cancellation and payment refund
When we tendered oversea parcels to JP post, we do not accept cancellation in normal condition such as customs clearing procedure, personal reason or the weather. We do not refund payment, but the following 2 situations.
1. Something item in your order is forgotten to put into your parcel.
2. A claim of EMS insurance is paid or confirmed by JP post or the delivery post in destination for loss, damage and delay.
