We have also sell the same product in other shopping sites and series stores.
For that reason,there is that the items will be out of stock occasionally.

[Flow from order to delivery]
1) After placing an order, an automatic reply in English or Japanese will be sent to you.
Please note that the shipping fees mentioned in this e-mail are only applied to delivery in Japan, and not applicable for delivery outside of Japan.
2) At a later date after the automatic reply, you will receive an e-mail with the fixed shipping fee and item price from our shop. Please check the total billed amount and kindlysend us your confirmation e-mail.
* Shipping fee will be fixed from our shop after weighed by packing. Therefore, it may take a few days to send e-mail.
3) Your ordered items will be shipped out only after consent of the shipping fee (EMS cost).
[About Payment Method]
For overseas orders, following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners)
- Bank transfer
Total Amount of Payment is as following: Product Price + Shipping Fee
Shipping fee will be advised from our shop after weighed by packing.
Your order will be cancelled if we cannot confirm your payment within 7days from your order.
For overseas delivery, we use EMS only.
Please refer to EMS site for shipping fee by area or delivery time.
Your ordered items will be shipped out only after your payment is confirmed.
We will ship the ordered items within about 3 business days after we receive your confirmation mail about the total bill amount including the overseas shipping fee.
Please understand that there may be delays depending on customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.
After shipment is made, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
With the tracking number, you can check the delivery status at the site below.

During customs procedure, your parcels may be opened for inspection.
[About display price]
Displayed delivery fee, commission fee and consumption tax is only available for orders delivered to address in Japan.
We won't require a consumption tax in case of a delivery to foreign countries,but the expense will be charged as the fee for handing overseas shipping. The expense is the same as a consumption tax rate of Japan.
[Note on tariff]
Additional import duties and taxes may be charged on customs clearance into your country.
Customers must be in charge of this additional cost, therefore in this case, please pay directly to the delivery agents or the customs office at the time you receive your package.
The import tax policies are different from countries to countries, therefore, please contact the customs office of your living country for more detail.
[Return and Refund Policy]
We can not accept any return/exchange on overseas orders.
We can not accept cancellation caused by customers' preference.
We will cancel your order if your payment can not be confirmed by the due date.
Depending on delivery country and product, the items may be restricted to be imported by the law.
By delivery destination, payment method or order item, order may be canceled by judgment of our shop.
