Q.How much is the shipping cost to outside of JAPAN?
Shipping fees for each item is on each product page. To countries outside Japan, we will ship with same postage amount to that of Japan. All payments will be made in Japanese Yen.
Q. Do I need to pay custom duty?
Custom duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country. Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery. For details, please contact the customs office of your country.
Q. What if my item is faulty?
