◆EMS (Express Mail Service)
EMS charges are decided by the weight/size of packages – normally, it costs about JPY1,000 – 3,000 per a parcel.
Time of delivery by EMS:
It takes 4 – 7 days for Asian countries and 5 – 10 days for Europe and the USA, depending on the each country’s circumstances of customs clearance and other regulations. We recommend EMS shipment for its reliability and reasonable shipping charges.
EMS charges are paid by your credit cards together with your payments of the goods purchased.
Consumption tax will not be charged to the shipments exported from Japan.
We take all possible measures to assure the quality of our products. If you find any defective piece included and/or different items from your order, please let us know within 7 days after receipt of the shipment so that we will ship the replacements at our expenses.
We cannot accept returns of the following types of items:-
* The items you just do not like.
* The items you have noticed us after 8 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
* The items you have once used.
* The items you have damaged or lost the individual packs and/or instruction manuals.
* The items you have modified.

Please note that we cannot accept any refund or returned goods after 8 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
If you have any damage/accident during the transportation, please let us know immediately, so that we can send the replacements at free of charge as long as they are in stock. Please note that you may have contacts from our shipping companies directly for such damage/accident.
If you require the refunds for your returned goods, we will remit the refunds to your bank account within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your returned goods.

Delivery & Shipping Fees
When you place an order in the Rakuten Global Market, an automatic reply e-mail will be sent to you in English from the Rakuten Ichiba server.
Please note that the shipping fee mentioned in this e-mail is applicable for the shipping address within Japan only, but NOT APPLICABLE for the shipping address outside of Japan.
If you are ordering from outside of Japan and/or shipping address is outside of Japan, we will advise you of our estimated shipping fee including the EMS charge (EMS = Express Mail Service of Japan Post).
Please send your e-mail in English to us within five (5) days after receipt of the said e-mail from us, if you will agree to accept the estimated shipping fee. We will ship the order to the requested shipping address by EMS upon receipt of your acceptance e-mail message. Unless otherwise receiving your acceptance e-mail in English within the five (5) days, we will automatically cancel your order.
