|We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however because of the systems you CANNOT RETURN the items. But if you need to exchange the size, we can help you. You CAN EXCHANGE unused items if they are not the right size. Items must be returned in original packaging (BAGS or BOXES etc., with all ACCESSORIES included. *Tags should still be on garments.
*Received after 7 DAYS from purchase
*DAMAGED, ABUSED or SOILED (including odors, such as the smell of perfume)
*If the page of the item’s website say “this item cannot be returned or exchanged” or “返品不可”
*Without tags (DO NOT cut tags);
*Missing original bags or boxes, accessories or tags;
*Wrapped as a present (we cut tag when we rap as a present)
* Etched or otherwise personalized items (e.g. golf clubs)
*Any underwear cannot be returned or exchanged
*Damage boxes, i.e. invoice is stapled, taped or screwed in to the original boxes
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can e-mail us.
2. We will check our stock for your replacement item. (If your exchange item is no longer available, we will notify you and you need to pick another item.)
3. Please ship your exchange item to us and let us know the tracking number. The shipping fee is to be paid on delivery.
4. After we verify that your exchange item arrived, we will send your replacement item.
※You need to pay the shipping fee for us to ship the replacement item.
・If you paid by credit card: we will cancel all the charge at once then we will recharge the new payment including the double shipping fee; however, because of the system of the credit card company, the first payment will be returned on following month.
・If you paid by AliPay or UnionPay: we will cancel the first payment and re-send you the new payment link.
In the event we made an error handing your order
(i.e. sent defective or wrong item):
We are terribly sorry for the situation and will send you the proper item or exchange the defective item as soon as we can.
1. Please contact us and let us know that you received a defective item or wrong item.
2. We will send the correct item immediately after we verify the defective item has been returned.
3. We won’t charge you the shipping fee in this case.
