[Terms for return and exchange]
We have all the products checked before the delivery. However, if you find the unused product has quality problems, please contact us by calling or sending us e-mail within 3 days after you receive it.
We will exchange for you for free and get the product exchanged from our inventory or the manufacturer to re-deliver it to you as soon as possible.
If the product has been sold out, we will arrange bank transfer the refund. (If you pay with credit card, we will cancel the transaction).
We will pay for the returns due to product quality problems or our mistakes of sending the wrong product.
[Returns or exchanges for customers' own reasons]
Please contact us by calling or sending us e-mail within 3 days before you return it.
(Products should be returned after contacting us in 3 days. the products should be only tried-on in indoor, unused, without smoke smell, no perfume, but with all the accessories. We do not accept returns for used products. Please note that dirt on the sole after trying on, stretch marks on elbow of the used leather jacket and other situations like these, we can not accept the returns either. Packaging box and labels are also part of product. Do not paste the delivery receipts or stickers on the packaging box when return, please return the product after well packaging the box.)
We only sell authentic products. To prevent malicious exchange, we do not accept returns of accessories and other small objects.
Please note that we won't accept returns in the following cases, like pre-order products, customized products, products have been saved for more than a week, dead stock products, underwears, discount products, sandals, and other special products, products shipped more than 10 days, products that delivered to overseas.
About oversea delivery, NO Return.NO Refund.NO Change.
If the customers needs exchange for their own reasons, the customers should pay for the extra charges for delivery.
When returning, please pay the shipping charges in advance. We will send cash on delivery for you after we receive your returned parcel.
If you send the pay on delivery package when return, we will take out all the money from the payment for products, including the money we paid for your returned parcel, the shipping charges we re-send you and the handling fees for COD,etc.
Also, we are sorry that we may reject some returned packages.
The following charges should be paid by customer if the return happens because of customer's personal reasons. Our initial shipping fee is 800 yen (including tax) (Hokkaido 1,300 yen (including tax) * smaller than 60cm Okinawa 1200 yen (including tax), larger than 80cm Okinawa: ¥ 1,700 ~ ¥ 3,700 (including tax)) COD fee (more than 10,000 yen and less than 30,000 yen: 400 yen (including tax), more than 30,000 yen and less than 100,000 yen: 600 yen (including tax), 100,000 yen or more: 1000 yen (including tax)), stamp duty (COD or product amount is more than 50,000 yen (including tax) 200 yen), the refund handling fees,etc. (Also apply to Japanese domestic free delivery product), please understand.
