- Please note that items with "送料無料" (Free delivery in Japanese) stated are items that have free shipping offers
only within Japan. Items shipped outside Japan are not eligible for this offer.
When the destination is overseas, oversea shipping fee (4%) will be charged.
The delivery cost is determined by the weight of the ordered product and is included in the items bill.
We will let you know the total amount as soon as the shipping fee has been determined.
- CREDIT CARDS & DEBIT CARD
We accept credit cards and debit cards. The following credit cards and debit cards can be used:
*When an order paid with a debit card is cancelled, it will takes 40-45 days for refunds. Specific period of time
for refunds will depends on the credit card company. Please contact the credit card company for detailed information.
*Order cannot be accepted when the account and credit card holder's are different.
We will need to cancel the order and ask you to re-order using a credit card that the holder's is same as the account .
Payment could be made through PayPal.
Should payment be made through PayPal, please check the mail from our shop for the correct amount and
order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal.
Please click the link to the PayPal website included in the e-mail and settle the payment within 7 days.
Please also be reminded that if we cannot confirm receipt of your payment to our PayPal account 7 days after the
above e-mail is sent, your order shall be automatically cancelled.
An extra fee will add the amount to the occasion of transfer by the customer burden.
Any return or refund will not be accepted for overseas delivery once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.
* Please be noted that in the case of using Rakuten Super Points, total bill amount on automatic reply mail from
Rakuten Ichiba may be different.
- BANK TRANSFER
When the destination is overseas, oversea shipping fee (4%) is added to the Delivery fee.
The minimum charge(2,500JPY) to withdraw your payment from our account is also added to the Delivery fee.
But, the bank transfer fee will be charged separately by the bank you use.
If there is a shortage, we can't ship your package.
So, please confirm how much it costs carefully.
