甘口の梅干しばかりで昔ながらの梅干しを探すのが大変な昨今、おばあちゃんの梅干しというネーミングにひかれて購入しました。無農薬、無添加食品ということで、多少お高い梅干しかな?ともおもいましたが流石に、ちがいました。美味しいんです。酸味と塩味が絶妙でこういうのを良い塩梅と言うんでしょう。 無くなったらまたリピしたいとおもいます。梅干し難民卒業です。

世の中は減塩ばやりですが、やっぱり梅干しは昔ながらのしょっぱくて酸っぱいが一番。夏場の朝は特に食欲を増進させて1日を元気に過ごせます。

言うとおり、本当に昔懐かしの味がしました。 それが体にいいのかは分かりませんが、少なくとも添加物まみれの蜂蜜梅なんかよりは100倍いいと思います。なくなればリピします。 ただひとつ。種をペンチで割って食べたのですが、種までは味が浸透していませんでした。 多分、熟成時間の問題だと思います。 ここまで拘るバカも自分くらいだと分かっているので気にしませんが。
