The vineyard of ヴァッレ レアーレ is located in one of the most beautiful national parks of Italy (ポポリ national park). It is said with having many kinds, the various ecosystem of a gorge chopped deeply, the clear source, animals and plants by a glacier and is right a treasure house of nature here.

ヴァッレ レアーレ is one of the wineries producing a little wine in this area where beauty with nature on remains.

Therefore I consider neighboring environment, and a pesticide, artificial manure nonuse are thorough basically.
この辺りの地形と気候は、アブルッツオの他の領域とは全く異なっており 中央イタリアの中でも唯一無二なものなのですです。

Because the vineyard approaches the グランサッソ mountain range of 2,915m above sea level having clay and the calcic soil which mixed, the high altitude of the winery causes big temperature difference at noon and night.

The wind that is the coolness that it is always blown down from the グランサッソ mountain range guarantees an air permeable good point and minimum humidity and helps it though ideal aroma is generated.

In addition, the temperature that a grape ripens fully is similar in late fall and finally reaches.

As for the grape cultivated here, the special microclimate (micro クリマ) is fully reflected.

The superior wine which a fragrance of the fruit which ripened fully is characterized by is created.





I use a grape of two vineyards, "ポポリ" and "カペストラーノ".

It is taught using fruit harvested from two vineyards called "ポポリ" and "カペストラーノ".

Both produced splendid white grapes, but I won a blue ribbon called "トレ ビッキエーリ" in Gambero Rosso, and the wine of "カペストラーノ" was exhibited in particular in the special sampling society for professionals held as "the white of the Italian highest peak" in Osaka and Tokyo.


It is born from these two fields, and it is this トレッビアーノ ダブルッツォ to have been made to be able to try it willingly.


Acidity to express complicated taste and a fragrance, sharp taste by the heat and cold difference of the night and day is expressed and, in the gorgeous inside, feels reliable severity of some structure.

Another characteristic of this wine is selection of yeast.

I ferment by the natural yeast which the rind of a fruit of the grape had all, but use five places of yeast chosen in particular in ポポリ and カペストラーノ.

Any bunch keeps the grape which I harvested beforehand from appointed five places completely without pressing it really.
In the middle of a wine structure, I put this grape in the wine at a stage to perform alcohol fermentation.

By a function of yeast left to the rind of a fruit well, the wine will let you ferment by a method varying in five kinds of yeast.

As for the wine, it is done a bottle by a non-filter.

Because the nature yeast is very strong in vitality, I am still active after bottle filling and let wine mature in a bottle little by little.
(残糖 of the wine is zero to prevent re-fermentation)

"Best エノロジスト" of association of Italy sommelier accomplished the great achievement that was chosen as "the wine maker of the Year" of the wine enthusiast more in 2007 in 2003 when chosen as honorable "winegrower of the Year" with cancer vero rosso in 2003.

As for what achieved these 3 crowns, only Ricardo コタレッラ which is supermarket Tuscan <ソライア>, a biological parent of <オルネライア> exists other than Fellini.  Such a shrewd consultant commands the wine structure of this winery.

The plump body that the fragrance of the flower that the splendid sweet smell, zest, white pepper of citrus fruits are white is felt is supported by pleasant acid.
