The Philip Loran and the Michelle オベリー Loran married couple purchased a vineyard of 12ha that the aged tree in the モンブリゾン village was planted and an old building in 1978. I planted a young plant little by little and gradually widened an area commencing with a wine structure immediately from 1979, the following day. I purchase 4.5ha in AOC Vinsobres (コートデュ Rhone Virage, station wagon so bulldog) in 1999. Michelle who lost the Philip Loran of the husband in an accident in evening of the same year decides to continue making wine alone. One of three children Maxim Francois enters ドメーヌ in 2006, and Maxim begins small negociant business (he purchases a grape and brews it) at the same time. It is ドメーヌ owning 26ha now. I harvest all it by hand to get balance, and to get only a mature grape and I choose it in a field and carry only a healthy grape to the brewery. I ferment by wild yeast without adding SO2 during the brewing. I may use a very small amount of SO2 before a bottle by キュヴェ, but do not perform clearness and the filtration at all.
