グリルで焼いてタレにつけるだけで美味しくいただけます。 フライパンで焼くより柔らかくて美味しかったです。

赤身という感じ。霜降りとか脂の旨味はなくあっさりとしている。 臭みが少しあるのと硬いのでマイナスですが、自然な味わい、本来の味わいという感じがする。 たくさん食べられる。

今回初めてネットでお肉(食品)を購入しました。 今日届いてまだ食べていないので評価は☆3にしております。 サガリは私の住んでる町のお肉屋さんには取り扱っているとこがなかなか無くてこちらのお店で購入させていただきました。 今までお肉屋さんとスーパーと焼肉屋さんでしか食べたことがないので今回初のネットショップでのサガリ!楽しみにしています。 また食べたらレビューさせていただきます。 いただきました 感想は、申し訳ありませんが何のお肉?って位サガリにしかないあの味がありませんでした。 自然解凍後に焼いてお肉をいただきました。 柔らかいとか硬いとかは美味しければどうやってでも食べたいですのでモサモサしてても食べちゃいますが、、、 期待していただけに残念です。 もっと早く冷凍すればあの味が残ったままどの位までもつかどうか研究していただきたいです。 ほんとに近くに購入できるとこがないので。
