I dried the kombu rice cake with the mallet by the sun for 3-4 days and seasoned it without being crowded, and using deep frying, the chemical seasoning in oil at a stretch.
It is the traditional fried rice cake which can enjoy taste of the kombu and frank seasoning of the halite.
