It is the oak エイジド Imperial stout which it is made in spy yeah in Tokyo of the 1980s, and was made. I used five kinds of malt and jasmine, cranberry, champagne yeast boldly, and I used a large quantity of cascade hops generously, and dry hopped and I pickled it with the fragrant French oak tip which a toast did afterwards for four months and matured. The fragrance is a heavy cacao, the berry which crashed, the fruitcake which brandy soaked into, an oak tip, and the mellow fragrance such as the complicated vintage port drifts all over the area. A hop bitter as for the taste after Belgian chocolate, a solid dark cherry and delicate smoke, cigarette. The taste is like the silk and it is smooth and is sticky in a circle, and very long feeling of satisfaction wraps up a tongue. Around 12-15 degrees Celsius is right temperature, but can thoroughly enjoy even room temperature enough. When it flows into the wineglass of the wide Bordeaux type of the mouth and the large goblet and can enjoy it, I can have more deliciously.
