The tree of grape about 40 years years old is cultivated in ビオロジック.
It is the good-quality grape which may be beyond 13% of alcohol frequency even if the grape which a harvest was held down to does not perform supplementary sugar.
I perform it at last-minute 35 degrees Celsius of the alcohol fermentation with an opening tank by low temperature dipping afterwards for one week. It in this way becomes a very deep hue and the heavy taste.
In the best quality field and the first grade fields such as レザムルーズ, the new barrel ratio is made highly, but the standard wine such as AC Bourgogne or pass toe Grand is made to be able to enjoy it using a barrel early for one year.
It is driven by ガメイ and it is pass toe Grand who is often made, but is finished to the strong wine of the nuance of the Pinot Noir as this must use it to the last more than Pinot Noir 1/3, and Robert グロフィエ is made in the ratio of Pinot Noir 2/3 for ガメイ 1/3.
