震災で当分購入できないだろうと思っていました。 わずか1年で再び購入できることを、本当にうれしく思います。 本当は、めかぶがベストだったんですが(^_^;)、糸くきわかめも歯ごたえがあっておいしかったです(^^♪。 昨年は、仕方なく伊勢志摩産のめかぶを購入したのですが、やはりめかぶは三陸産に限ります、うまみの濃さ、粘りが違う気が来ます(笑)。 東北復興支援商品、私も出来る限り貢献したいと思います。

このまま水で戻すと少ししょっぱいので、一度塩出しします。 多めにまとめて戻すため、密閉容器に入れて半分程度の高さまで水を入れて冷蔵庫へ。 水は全部吸収されてふくらんでいます。 主に鰹粉と七味をかけて食べますが、サラダに乗せたりもします。 めひびと交代で食べていますが、ぬるぬるがない分こちらの方が扱いやすいかもしれません。 どちらも震災で入手困難なのが残念です。 被災地にお金を送るためにも一日も早い復興を期待します。
