とろとろの塩麹で、使いやすかったです。 ドレッシング用のボトルに移して使っています。 粒が少くなめらかなせいか、漬け込んだお肉などを焼いた時、焦げにくい気がしました。

もう何度リピートしているでしょうか。 とてもおいしいです。 ただ送料無料ですと郵便受けに届くので、夏場などは傷みが早いです。そのためこれでもかといろいろな料理に使って無駄にすることが無いように頭を使っていますが。何に入れても大変おいしいです。 我が家では特にささみに焼き色を付けて、それからこの塩麹だけの味付けで焼き上げますと絶品です。他の調味料は一切なしでこの塩麹の味を楽しんでいます。 他に豆腐や浅漬けにも使っています。これもいい味になります。
