|Taramajima is the greatest brown sugar production center in Japan
Taramajima is an island of the subtropical climate that is warm at annual average temperature 23 degrees in an island consisting of the upheaval of a coral reef.
Taramajima does not have a mountain and a river, and most of the whole island are a cane field and ranches and occupy amount of production approximately 45% of whole Okinawa to sugarcane amount of production of Taramajima and are known to the whole country as the greatest brown sugar production center in the country.
I compressed sugar cane cultivated in such climate and I boiled it down and hardened it.

How to make
１．I put brown sugar in the teacup and pour boiling water.
２．I add ginger juice a little and stir it.
３．The completion of ginger brown sugar hot water.
※Please use it after crushing it finely when brown sugar is hard to melt.
Besides, please come to the cooking that I made use of a cookie, sponge cake, the making of cake and food boiled and seasoned such as the jelly, a flavor of the brown sugar including the pickle in.
