Kabusecha is close to Gyokuro, but in a bit higher temperature water.Mecha, Boucha and Konacha are all made of outputs from the finishing process of Sencha and etc.
Comparatively high temperature water is recommended.
Don't hesitate to use boiled water for Houjicha and Genmaicha.
You can enjoy good aroma.
