The Obatake brewing was founded in 1892 (Meiji 25) and began sake brewing by the founder, Obatake Yoso product (other place fence).
Because quantity of water, pawn is expensive together, the Mano, Sado-shi district with the storehouse is known among Shimauchi, and clean underflow water and the environment that came through liquor rice brought up in the clear atmosphere, small Mts. Sado suitable for sake brewing are prepared.
It is a bottle in no adjustment home brew by the purely U.S. brewing sake from the finest rice. It is the liquor which is full of the flavors that rice original natural taste lives for.
Of the aftertaste go berserk, and が is good, and is nothing to be tasteful, and to savor it, and to want to drink.
