About Returns and Exchanges
■Regarding Returns and Exchanges of Delivered Products
Please check that the delivered product matches the order on arrival.
In addition, if the product requires refrigeration or freezing, please quickly store it appropriately to prevent any changes to the quality or safety of the product.
If you have any questions about a product, please see contact us directly (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning the product.
In the event there is an issue with a delivered product, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation and either refund or exchange the item.
(1) In the event that the delivered product is different from the order, broken, or dirty:
Contact us (Email: email@example.com) within 10 days of delivery and then send the product back to the following address.
In the event that we are unable to exchange the product, we will refund the amount of purchase.
In addition, we will cover the cost of the return after receiving the defective product.※
Moreover, we will not resell products that have been returned due to damage.
(2) In the event that the are questions regarding the quality of a product
If you have any questions regarding the quality of a product you have received, please contact us (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Contact us within 1 month of the date the product was delivered to receive an exchange or refund.
Please send the product back to us at the below address in good condition.
We will cover the cost of the return after receiving the returned product.※
(3) In the event where the customer/person recieving the order was not at home or for some other reason unable to collect the delivered item and the product was returned
The return fee in the above case must be covered by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
※In the case of a refund, we will transfer the amount needed for return shipping into the customer's preferred account within 14 days of having recieved the returned item.
