It is "the saury tatter" that I made using a famous saury from Eastern Hokkaido in Hokkaido. I just put it on the rice and eat and am the flake which is most suitable for ingredients materials of the rice ball!




It was fragrant in total and finished a saury flake burdock, a carrot, sesame. EPA, DHA are included and are a taste of Hokkaido which is delicious to a body!




 
  I buy bait from the winter to spring, and the saury goes north.
