 The professional bartender of London that knew single malt well describes "highland park" as "smoked & honey".

 With "smoke," is produced from the earth of the mainland Island; choose here, and come true, and is brought by precious Pete (peat). When I dry the barley of raw materials, Pete after time from 8,000 years to more than 16,000 years is burnt in the underground and attaches unique スモーキーフレーバー to wheat. I perform in-house production of approximately 20% of malt in "highland park" while distillation places to consign malt production to an outside factory increase.

・モルティング

・Mash

ウイスキー飲歴30年以上、愛飲歴約1年(笑)の私ですが…ローランドモルトを飲んだら次はハイランドモルトだと思っていました!(笑)…アイラモルトにたどり着く為の道程だと思っていましたが…なんのなんの…有名なハイランドパークでいいかなぁと思いますよ…香りと味のバランスが最高です!(もちろん他のモルトの旅は続けますけどねw)

まだ旧ボトルの在庫がだぶついているのですね。いいブランドなのに残念。マッカランなどはすぐに無くなっちゃいましたけどね。
