黒酒で仕込まれたとの事だったのでとても甘ったるいかと想像しましたが、想像よりさっぱりとしてサラッと飲みやすかったです。砂糖のせいか普通の梅酒の方が重たい甘さがあるような気がします。 完熟梅ならではなのか、酸味がありとても美味しく感じました。 贈り物にも良さそう。
