『レバニラ炒め』の作り方 材料(4-5人分)・ニラ 2把・レバー 200gくらい・塩、胡椒 適量・オイスターソース 大さじ2・醤油 小1/2・ごま油 小1/2・片くり粉 適量、作り方:1.ニラは4cm程度に長さに切る。2.レバーは食べやすい大きさに切り、塩胡椒で下味をつける。3.レバーに片栗粉をまぶして、中温に熱した油で静かにあげる。4.中華鍋を強火にかけ、ごま油を熱し、ニラを入れて手早く炒め、一度取り出す。5.こま油を大さじ1足して、レバーと調味料を混ぜ合わせる。6.ニラを戻し、強火で炒め合わせる。ポイント:通常は牛乳などで臭み抜きを行なうのですがこのレバーはその必要がありません。せっかくの旨みも抜けてしまうのでこのレバーに関しましては臭み抜きを行なわないことをおススメいたします。

北海道産ということで買ってみましたが、とても硬かったです。 この値段だったらスーパで売っている、国産または輸入のほうがおいしいです。
