* Exchange or Repair: After the arriving, please immediately tell us if there is any requests about our product, e.g. an exchange of a ring because of the size not fitting, it of a chain, the length differing from what you expected, and so on. We check if there is a product meeting your requirements, then will inform you. As to an exchange, postage is paid by the customers.
You cannot exchange or return make-to-order items because of the customers' personal preferences.
* Return: We will accept a return only when a defect was found within 2 week after the arriving. In that case, we will bring a new one or refund. As to an exchange by a defect, postage is paid by us. (Please inform us about the conditions before sending back!)
