Exchange Instructions
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can e-mail us. 2. We will check our stock for your replacement item. (If your exchange item is no longer available, we will notify you and you need to pick another item.) 3. Please ship your exchange item to us and let us know the tracking number. The shipping fee is to be paid on delivery. 4. After we verify that your exchange item arrived, we will send your replacement item. ※You need to pay the shipping fee for us to ship the replacement item. |
