重さは全然問題ないです! でも取手が持ちやすい形ではないので、そのままだと手が痛いです。 野菜炒めなどが、塩だけでも、とても美味しく仕上がります。 ただどうしても、肉や卵はくっついてしまいます。くっつかないコツが知りたいです。 あと、この大きさ(と形)だと、調理中に、縁からこぼれてしまいます。 値段も高いので、相対的に、満足度は3です

お肉を焼いた時に美味しさを実感。 お店で出てくるような香ばしい味で美味しかったです。 炒飯やピラフなどのご飯ものはどうしてもこびりつくのでこれから練習が必要です。 野菜炒めもシャキシャキして美味しく出来るし、料理が楽しくなりました。 少し小ぶりなので、ご飯ものをする時フライパンがこぼれちゃうのが残念です。 重さがありますが、特に振る必要もないので気になりません。

今まで鉄板製を使っていたがガスレンジ時代より使用していて、底が湾曲していて電熱性能が低下していた。 今回、鋳鉄製フライパンを使ってみて、その軽さにまず感激し、次に熱伝導の良さに感激し、調理品の出来の良さに感激しまくりです。 IHレンジを使っている皆さん、4以下(鉄板製は7)のレンジで節電しながら使ってください。 少し高いがそれなりの価値があります。 以上。
