たまたまドレッシングを切らしていたので代わりに使ってみたところ、思ったよりサラッとしていて期待外れかな、と思ったのですが・・・ 煮詰めると甘くて濃厚な、とても美味しいソースになりました。 周りから絶賛されて、何だか料理上手になった気分です。実際は超苦手なんですけどね。
