通常、白だしが多いと思いますが、こちらの白搾りは出汁が入らずとも、熟成された旨味と醤油の味わい風味が楽しめました。さすがです。

このお店のお醤油なら美味しいのでは、無いかと思って購入して見ました。すっきり上品な味です。
