Shipping Methods

Rakuten provides both direct and indirect shipping options to our customers. Most of our shops ship directly abroad. Postal carriers vary from shop to shop, the most common being International Express Mail Service (EMS). For carrier and delivery preferences, please contact the shop.

Note: Regardless of the carrier, your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Rates

The delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes wrapping and packaging.

Following checkout completion, the shop will send a confirmation email containing the final price, which includes shipping fees. Please respond to this email and accept the total charge to have your order shipped.

A weight- based rate table for EMS is provided below for your reference.

Customs, Duties, and Tax

Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country. These charges must be paid separately by the customer.

Shipping Time and Tracking

An order usually arrives three to ten business days after it is shipped. Other factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, delayed payments, and shipping fee confirmation will extend shipping time. Please request the order tracking number from the shop in the event it is not provided automatically.

Once the order has been shipped, the shop will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Orders shipped with EMS can be tracked directly from their site, found here.

If you have not received the tracking number for your order, we suggest you contact the shop.

Shipping Issues

My package did not arrive
If your package does not arrive within a couple of weeks after the purchase date, first track your order to ensure no issues occurred during the shipping process. If your problem is still unresolved, please contact the shop with an explanation of the situation.
My package arrived damaged
In the event you receive a defected or damaged product, please contact us.
I received the wrong item
First review your order history and confirm that the product you received is different from your order. Please contact the shop to discuss shop exchange policy.
List of prohibited and restricted items by country
Because prohibited and restricted items vary depending on country, we ask that you contact your customs office for further detail. Note: We will not refund you if the product is confiscated by customs office.
