(For example, I purchased 4 items, and the original total accumulated purchase amount is 13,000 JPY. I then cancelled one of the items, which costs 6,000 JPY and now the total accumulated purchase amount of the order is 7,000 JPY. Do I still qualify for 8,000 JPY Bonus Rakuten Super Points?)

A4) Unfortunately no. In such case, the total accumulated purchase amount is 7,000 JPY, which does not meet the requirement to qualify for the Bonus Rakuten Super Points threshold of 8,000 JPY.

Q5) The actual amount that I have to make payment does not exceed 8,000 Japanese yen after using Coupon. Do I qualify for the Bonus Rakuten Super Point campaign?

(For example, I purchased a product, which costs 12,000 Japanese yen. After using 1,000 Japanese Yen coupon and 3,000 Japanese Yen worth of Rakuten Super points, the actual amount I have to make payment for is 8,000 Japanese yen.)

A5) Yes. The campaign rule for Bonus Rakuten Super Points is accumulated product price after coupon discount is deducted and before Rakuten Super Points are used. In this example, 1,000 Japanese Yen coupon was used making the total payment price (not including shipping + taxes ) 11,000 JPY, making this person eligible for the Bonus Rakuten Super Points
