Summer Festival Spirit Heats Up Rakuten Offices in Japan

This year, the seasonal Rakuten internal event Smile Summer Days took on a festive mood! On July 12, Rakutenians of all backgrounds spent the day in traditional Japanese yukatas (casual summer kimonos) while enjoying special summertime menus at cafeterias with colleagues. What's more, an evening event was back for the first time in five years, where participants enjoyed various attractions such as food stalls and a "sweets-fishing" game much like an actual summer festival.
