Professor Neeley Reflects on Englishnization at Rakuten

Professor Tsedal Neeley of the Harvard Business School (HBS) visited Rakuten Crimson House as part of a day devoted to reflecting on the Englishnization initiative launched in 2010.
Professor Neeley, a leading authority on globalization and language, wrote a case study for HBS of Rakuten's Englishnization initiative that's since been used by over 145 universities worldwide. Her visit to Rakuten began with a speech to the whole company at Asakai, before she hosted a special session with company executives, to discuss their Englishnization experience. She also shared her thoughts on the day in a 1to1 interview with RNN!
