Rakuten Empowers Mothers to Return to Work

The Rakuten Family Empowerment Club supports the work-life balance of employees at Rakuten and provides opportunities for employees to share information. On Wednesday, February 17, 2016, it held a seminar at Rakuten Crimson House for female employees who are returning to work from maternity or childcare leave in April. Through listening to the stories of other working mothers at Rakuten and learning about the administrative and other support systems that Rakuten provides, female employees could feel more positive about coming back to work.
