On July 28, 2026, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit Kumamoto Prefecture, causing extensive damage to homes, buildings, and essential infrastructure. Rakuten Group is now accepting emergency donations to support those affected by this disaster. We kindly ask for your cooperation and support. We will announce the recipient of the donations on this page as soon as it is decided.
