The Rakuten Group Headquarters provides functions to enhance the Group’s organizational effectiveness. It includes the corporate division, which handles headquarters functions such as general affairs, human resources, finance, accounting, and legal affairs, in addition to departments responsible for engineering, strategy, marketing, and the development and provision of new services.
