オメガ3を摂取しやすいのはチアシードだと思い定期購入しています。 オイルも色々試しましたが食材に合わないと困る事も多く チアシードならヨーグルトやドリンクに混ぜたり 極端な話、口に入れて水で飲むことも出来て常にオメガ3を摂取出来るので お気に入りです。オイルやサプリメントの酸化のおそれもないので 安心して飲めます。

チアシードは以前から愛用していましたが、今回、こちらでははじめての利用になります。 もともと、興味半分で食べてみたのですが、ぷちぷちした食感が気に入ったのと、これを食べていると「お通じ」の調子がよくなるので、リピートするようになりました。 いままで、いろんなところで買いましたが(お値段的にも安いものから高いものまで)安いものを買ったときには、ぷちぷち感、お通じの効果、ともにイマイチでしたが、こちらは「お値段相応」に効果があるように感じました。(私の場合、満腹感とかは、残念ながらあまり感じません・苦笑) ただ、こちらのチアシードは、なんとなく「ニオイ」がするような気がします。 いままでいろんなところで買いましたが、いつも「無臭」だったので、ちょっと気になります。

昔チアシードを買ったことがあったんですけど、発がん性物質があると聞いて辞めました。 アンチエイジングの鬼ブログでここのチアシードは殺菌してるって書いてたので購入してみました。 飲んでみたら今までも米と麹で作った甘酒なのでお通じは1~3回は毎日出てたけどチアを飲み始めてからこの前5回便が出てビックリしました。 基本、一日2回くらい食べてます。 これからも愛用しようと思ってます。

私は、チアシードをマンゴージュースやりんごジュースに混ぜて、ゼリーのようにして食べています。 もともと、イチゴやキーウィなどの種子のプチプチ感が大好きなので、このチアシードは本当においしくプチプチできます。 私はまったく気にならないのですが、家族に食べさすと、少し生臭いといいます。 ストレスで食べても食べても。。。空腹感がとれない時など重宝してます。

フラックスオイルは面倒だったので、ありがたい! 始めたばかりですが、入眠障害が、多少改善しているし、体調も全般良い気がします。今後が楽しみです。
