オリの深み、コクを引き出すシュールリー製法

シュールリー熟成とは、通常、発酵が完了した時点で行なうオリ引きをせず、オリをワインと一緒に5〜6ヶ月熟成させる方法で、これによりさっぱりした白ワインにコクと深みとボリュームが生まれます。

時折攪拌して香りをつけ、最後には残ったオリをプレスしてワインに溶け込ませます。

これにより熟成感と深みのある白ワインを造ることができます。20年以上続く麻屋葡萄酒の特徴ある製造方法です。
