When will send to me my goods?

Answer
We have a warehouse of goods,we will shipping the day your order is confirmed. Preordered commodities will be delivered the day they arrive. If there are both in-stock and preordered goods in one single order, we usually wait and send them together in one package.But there are chances that the goods be shipped separately. Our goal is to send out them as soon as possible.

How long can we receive the commodities we ordered ?

Answer
The time the delivering takes depends on the customs efficiency of the country and destination. Below are the time estimations Japan Post made.

Europe: 3-5 business days.
USA, Canada:four business days.
Asia, Oceania:2-7 business days.
Africa, South America:4-6 business days.

We will inform you of the tracking number after we send out the commodities, you can use the tracking number to check the logistics information on EMS official website.

Yes. Additional orders will be delivered together with the previous order if the package before has not been sent out.If you wish to send them separately, please contact us.

Do you handle trouble such as lost products?

Yes. If a product is lost during shipment because of an accident, or it is damaged, we will reship one immediately. If you find the original product, or it is delivered after we have reshipped the product, return it to us without accept it.
