春ウコンと秋ウコンを混ぜて煮て、冷やして飲み始めました。苦味も少なく、後味もさっぱり大変飲みやすい好きな味です。これから暑い季節にピッタリだと思います。昨日から飲み始めたので体の調子がよくなったとかまだ分かりませんが、しばらく続けてみたいと思います。効果がまだ不明な飲み始めということで★4つです。商品は大変満足しています。
