無添加の減塩梅干しが欲しいという友人のために、試しに購入。 スーパーなどで売ってるハチミツ梅干しにはスクラロースなどの人工甘味料が必ず入ってるので、それを嫌って。 これはハチミツ入りではないけど、甘くて、ハチミツ梅干しとの違いが? 不自然な甘さが無くて美味しいと言ってもらえたけど、欲を言えばもう少し酸っぱさが欲しいのと、シソの葉も入ってればよかったとの事。

うちは祖父母が和歌山の梅農家で、とても美味しい昔ながらの梅干しを食べて育ちました。祖父母が農業を引退し、梅干しを買うようになりましたが、書いてる添加物が気になり、甘味料や化学調味料が入っていないものを探してこちらにたどり着きました。 こちらは子供専用と書かれているだけあって、甘くて、ご飯なしでもそのままおやつにパクっと食べれてしまいます。原料もシンプルで、蜂蜜も紀州産なので嬉しい。こちらも大容量のがあればいいのに。少量パックなので、割高です。 でも、ごめんなさい。なぜだろ。やっぱり、おじいちゃんの梅にはかなわない。
