到着してきゅうり、大根、にんじんを早速漬けました。 きゅうりは24時間、大根、にんじんは48時間漬けていただきましたが、 とってもおいしかったです。 また、以前母がぬか漬けをしていたときは、ぬか床を開けるととっても臭かったのですが、 今回こちらの商品を購入して、ぬか床の袋を開封した時も、実際つけ始めてタッパを開けても、臭いが少なく感じます。 良い買い物をしたと思いました。 お店の方の電話でのお話もとっても感じが良かったです。

きゅうり、人参、大根などを漬けてみましたが、良い風味で美味しかったです!ただ、ケースが小さいので、ぬかをかき混ぜる時は丁寧にやったほうがいいです。

届いた日に早速漬けて、冷蔵庫保管なので2日後に食べました。2日漬けてるので少し塩気が強いかな?とも思いますが子供も喜んで食べています。手頃な値段で購入出来て良かったです。ずっと続けられるよう頑張ります~

先ずはキュウリとキャベツを少し漬けてみました。お店で買う糠漬けより少し塩がきいてる感じでした。その後2週間程多忙のため冷蔵庫に入れっぱなしていました。混ぜなくてOKとの事だったのですが、2週間後に開けてみると白やピンクのカビが…そこで挫けてしまいました。

面倒くさがりな性格なので、簡単にできるぬか床を探しており購入しました。 袋詰めされたぬか床を付属のタッパーに入れ替えて、きゅうり、人参、大根を入れて冷蔵庫に入れて2日漬けて食べてみましたが、ぬか臭すぎず美味しかったです。 蔵庫に入れて3日に1回ほど混ぜて問題なく美味しいぬか漬けが頂けるので、手間も少なく非常に重宝しております。
