手間暇かけた三年物の梅干し、とてもありがたく美味しく頂いています。 沢山入ってる紫蘇は刻んでゆかりにしようと思いましたが、梅と一緒に自然に消費されていきます。梅酢は料理に重宝しています。 何故か綺麗ににラッピングしてありました。嬉しい反面包装が勿体ないので、経費削減のためにも包装は簡略で良いと思いました。 プラスチックの樽はしっかりしており白くてオシャレ。来年の味噌作りに使えそうで嬉しいです。
