日ごろの健康維持のため、体にやさしく安全なものを…と、いろいろ探していた時にこちらの「梅肉エキス」を見つけました。とにかく酸っぱい!!ですが、慣れてくるとその酸っぱさがおいしく感じます。どんな体調にも効くし、毎日続けるには手頃な値段だし、これから夏にかけては夏バテ防止、お腹の調子を整える、などなど特に重宝しそうです。

胃腸が弱いので、継続して飲もうと思い、購入しました。確かに味は酸っぱいですが、酸っぱいものに強い姉は、「酸っぱいけど、おいしい」と言っていました。できるだけ毎日飲むようにしているせいか、胃も強くなっている気がします。風邪のひきはじめにお湯で割って飲んだりしています。健康面でかなり重宝する一品だと思います。
