素人が混ぜ物なしで作った、ちゃんとした梅干なら食べた事がありますが、酸っぱいだけで美味しくない。 梅の生産までこだわった本物の梅で、プロが作った本当の梅干を初めて頂きました。 酸っぱいだけじゃない、美味しさがあります。 うまく表現できませんが、健康になっていく気が致します。 続けてみようと思います。スーパーで買えるアミノ酸調味料入りのは、なんだったんでしょう。

この梅は日本一です。 生産者の寒川さんの信念には頭が下がります。 農薬まみれ、化学肥料まみれの梅干を食べても身体の具合が悪くなるだけ。 梅干は本来は薬です。種の中の天神様にはアミグダリンが豊富で、癌もなおしてしまう成分です。 時折黒い点々がありますが、なんら問題ないとのことです。 多少皮が硬いとか色が悪いとか、問題はないのです。そういう見た目ばかりにとらわれるから、日本は無農薬、無肥料生産者が育たないのです。 こういった素晴らしい物を口コミで広げて絶やさないようにしていくのが自分の使命だと思います。

梅干しに目がない私。匂いでこれは美味いか不味いかわかってしまう・・・自分の好みなんですけどね(^_^;) こちらの梅干しは、今まで食べた中でダントツに美味しい!!!!梅干し本来のうまみといい粒の大きさといい最高です。なくなり次第購入決定です。これは是非ともお試しください!

夫がこちらの梅干しが好きでリピしています。余計な味が無く梅そのものという感じです。実も肉厚で我が家では潰してドレッシングに混ぜたり、お浸しに和えたり大変美味しく頂いてます。甘めが好みな方に酸味が強く感じるかもしれません。すっぱいのが好きな方にはおススメです。

期待はずれです 正直、とても期待していましたが酸っぱさよりしょっぱさが強い梅干し ありがたい龍神梅???試食していたら半額でも買いませんでした 残念!!!

この素朴な味が他では無いので結局無くなると買ってます。甘い梅干しが好きな人にはチョットしょっぱいかも。 この梅干しでお握りを作って山頂で食べると抜群に美味しい。梅の果肉が柔らかくご飯を包むのでお米が甘く感じます。

前回はお試しという気持ちで、お得なつぶれたタイプを購入し、とても美味しかったので、今度は通常タイプを購入してみました。つぶれたタイプより、さすがにしっかりしてて色も薄めな気がしました。同じはつぶれたタイプと変わりないです。つぶれてるほうが何かと使いやすいかな?とも思いましたけど…。

百生梅なんかも試したのですが、やっぱり龍神梅が好きです☆ 以前はつぶれを買いましたが、こっちのほうが高くてもべちゃっとしてなくてよいな~♪っと思いました。
