過去には"みりん風"なるものも使っていましたが、良い物を使うと、仕上がりが違うものですね。 なので、出汁や他の調味料も出来るだけ評価の高い物を選ぶようにしています。 腕に自信がないので、かなり助けられています(^o^;)

これだけを飲んでもとてもおいしいです。 梅酒のようなコックリとした味わいです。 甘いのですが嫌味がなく、お料理の味を際立たせてくれます。 安いみりんのように雑味がないので、どんなお料理も腕を上げたような仕上がりになります。 送料が掛かるので高くなってしまうのが残念ですが、それでも使い続けたいみりんだと思いました。

これと、無添加の甘露醤油でデリ醤油(だし昆布を醤油とみりん1:1で浸けたもの)を作っておけば 和食全般無敵になります。本当においしくて大好きなみりんです。

以前、新聞記事でここのみりんについて書かれていて、興味を持っていました。 他の商品を購入していて、このみりんも自然食品のたいようで扱っていたので、一緒に購入してみました。期待を込めて☆は4つにしてあります。 味見するのが楽しみです。味見をしたらまた追記を書きます。 追記:みりんを使い始めましたが、美味しくてビックリです。こんなに本物のみりんて美味しいのですね。☆も5つに変更しました。
