出来るだけ自分で出し汁をひくようにしていますが腰痛がひどくて料理すらできないときなどは夫が作るので他メーカーの容量の少ないのを冷蔵庫に常備しています。1リットルは多いかしらなんて思いつつこの商品の原材料とレビューを読んで注文、昨日届いて今日の昼食のうどんに使ってみました、雑味のない美味しいうどんだしになりましたよ。
